Shipping
- Cairo and Giza: 1 to 2 working days.
- Alexandria and Delta: 2 to 3 working days.
- Upper Egypt and the coasts: 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping is free on orders over 1,000 EGP. Below that a flat fee applies at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Sealed lenses can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened lenses, solutions or makeup. If a product arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we will replace it.
