Before you put them in
- Wash and dry your hands with a lint-free towel.
- Check the lens is not inside out: the edge should curve inward like a bowl.
- Put lenses in before makeup and take them out before removing makeup.
Every night
- Rub each lens gently with fresh solution for 10 seconds, then rinse.
- Store in a clean case filled with new solution. Never top up old solution.
- Never use tap water, saliva or saline to clean lenses.
How long do they last?
- Monthly lenses: 30 days after opening, up to 8 hours a day.
- Yearly lenses: 12 months after opening with daily cleaning.
- Replace your case every 3 months.
When to stop wearing them
Redness, pain, blurred vision or discharge means take the lenses out and rest your eyes. If it does not clear within a day, see an eye doctor.
